Trainingpoint locates and hires highly respected technical experts and works with them together on course development.
The expert provides the course content, guarantees the accuracy of information, and finally delivers the course.
Our in-house course manager performs the “Trainingpoint Audit”.
This audit is a course evaluation which ensures the consistent quality of all our courses, based on our own rigorous training standards. According to these standards, Trainingpoint finishes the course to guarantee reliable quality regarding: course topics, graphical aids, and training presentations. When a course is created and placed into our catalog Trainingpoint always ensures course quality and regularly updates course contents.
While courses are mostly theoretical, there are usually some practical demonstrations and hands-on work with technical equipment. Every participant obtains quality course materials free of charge. Instruction is supported with useful presentation slideshows.
Everything concerning our courses is subordinated to our main goal - maximizing course subject understanding to benefit our customers’ operations.
Means we use to reach this goal are:
• Clarity - reinforced comprehension, consistent terminology, clear structure
• Interactivity – providing an opportunity for questions, and discussion
• Review – regular topic summarization and checking to determine if everything was properly understood
• Note-taking – allowing ample time for participants to take notes, minimizing the amount of notes that participants need to copy from slides or the blackboard so they can concentrate on understanding the topic

Work with Clients
Custom courses start with a client consultation. This meeting will define the course’s purpose, the level of expertise expected upon course completion, and an objective determination of the participants‘ entrance knowledge.
